Outbound Telesales Consultants Wanted.

We're on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Outbound Telesales Consultants to join our expanding day sales team. If you're passionate about connecting with people, have a natural flair for conversation, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment -- this one's for you.

We are a busy and thriving training company and you'll be working with warm leads across the SA market -- customers who have enquired about our courses and want info right now to customers who've previously purchased from us but haven't been active in a while. Your mission? Reignite their interest, rebuild relationships, and drive sales by offering real value -- no robotic scripts, just real conversations.

What We're Looking For

o Proven track record of outbound phone-based sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment

Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable selling without a script and handling objections with confidence First rate communications skills and a confident phone presence - other languages are a bonus Motivated, resilient, and coachable -- especially when the day gets tough. Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

oMake high-volume outbound calls to existing SA-based customers who've previously engaged with our brand.
oUnderstand customer needs through active listening and recommend the right training solution

oOwn your pipeline -- manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue.

oHit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
