blinds manufacturing company
seeking motivated and customer-focusedTelesales Consultants
to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Assist with and resolve customer complaints professionally Provide accurate answers to customer queries Process and email order confirmations Check and verify pricing on orders Sort and organise orders
Requirements
Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems Ability to learn about blinds products, components, and services Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
