The role
Regarding the role we're advertising, we are looking for a motivated individual for a New Business Development Representative position, focusing on telemarketing and sales.
This role involves expanding our reach across leadership, education, coaching, and business transformation sectors.
You will connect with decision makers in HR, human resource development, talent management, and organizational development, introducing them to our transformative programs offered through Novexa or Pentagon.
This role is based on relationship selling. You will be selling specific programs, coaching services, human resource development initiatives, and organizational culture consultation. This position is more than just sales; it's a calling to make a difference, helping individuals become the best version of themselves and contributing to the greater good of the economy.

What you'll do
Conducting purposeful outreach to leaders and organizations in the education, consulting, and HR spaces.
You will present and integrate our offerings, which are product-based. For example, if a program has ten seats available, your job will be to fil those seats. You can retain the term "transpersonal leadership development" extending to business consulting and human capital strategy.
Your goals will include setting appointments and managing engagement pipelines for our consultants and facilitators.
Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams on campaigns and webinars and maintain CRM data. It's essential that you embody our values of transformation.
