Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (IsiZulu)
Confident and target-driven
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Previous call centre or sales experience
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Agent -
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate agent calls
Ensure compliance with company standards and scripts
Provide feedback and coaching to agents
Identify training needs and performance gaps
Prepare QA reports and scorecards
Requirements:
Strong listening and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
6 months Call centre experience
Basic computer skills.
