.What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound cold calls to potential clients from a provided list. Explaining our products and services in a clear and compelling way. Schedule appointments for sales consultants with qualifying clients. Achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales in our database.
Who We're Looking For:
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (
essential
) Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and clear telephone manner. A persuasive and resilient personality--you can handle objections as well as rejection, and stay motivated. A strong desire to meet and exceed targets.Previous call centre or sales experience
is a bonus, but not essential. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Compensation:
This position offers a
basic salary
plus a highly competitivecommission structure
based on your sales performance.Location:
Our Office in
Centurion
(we do provide daily subsidized transport from Eersterust and surrounding)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6000,00 - R18000,00 per month
