If you have insurance sales experience, this one is for you. We are hiring 10 confident and purpose-driven outbound sales agents for a brand-new funeral cover campaign based in Randburg. Start date: July/August2025.

Call with purpose - Engage clients telephonically to offer funeral insurance policies that give families peace of mind
Own the conversation - Talk through sensitive topics with empathy and guide people toward smart, informed decisions
Hit your targets - Bring your A-game every day and exceed your monthly goals
Stay sharp - Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and burial plans clearly and confidently
Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (funeral or life insurance is ideal)
Strong, consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of policy structures, benefit payouts, and FAIS compliance
Matric (Grade 12) is required.
Skills That'll Set You Apart
Fluent in English (another South African language is a plus)
Natural on the phone--calm, clear, and persuasive
Comfortable discussing sensitive matters with compassion and professionalism
Confident using CRM tools, Microsoft Office and call centre software
