We're now looking for an
experienced Senior Telesales Agent
to join our growing outbound sales division. The ideal candidate will have at least
2 years of telesales or appointment-setting experience
, a solid understanding of
digital marketing
, and
exposure to the private school or education sector
.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for managing your own pipeline, identifying key opportunities, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound B2B calls
to Private schools and SME businesses
Present our digital marketing and web development services clearly and persuasively
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior consultants
Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with warm leads and repeat prospects
Maintain accurate CRM records and reach daily call targets
Work collaboratively with the sales
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B telesales or appointment-setting experience
Proven success in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sales environments
Experience selling to
education clients or private schools
is highly advantageous
Confident communicator with excellent English and a professional phone manner
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
