We're looking for
driven, confident telesales professionals
to join our expanding team. Your role will be to reach out to business owners, introduce our services, and set up qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to SME business owners
Introduce Spryve's website and marketing services in a professional, engaging way
Identify key decision-makers and build rapport quickly
Set qualified appointments for senior sales staff
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up reminders in CRM systems
Contribute to team targets and share feedback from calls to improve campaigns
What We're Looking For:
Previous telesales or appointment setting experience
(B2B preferred)
A clear, confident, and friendly phone manner
Resilience and persistence. You're not afraid to pick up the phone
Basic understanding of
digital marketing, websites, or online advertising
is a strong advantage
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization skills
Comfortable working to call and appointment targets
