We are seeking a motivated and professional Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. Fluency in English is essential. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software will be advantageous but not essential. All training provided

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on B2B sales opportunities Present and promote our products and services effectively to potential customers Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer information using Salesforce or other CRM software Follow up with leads generated from initial contact to maximise conversion rates Identify client needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximise engagement Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during all interactions

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience in telemarketing or sales will be considered an advantage
