Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or Fleet Management. 3+ years in telematics, preferably with experience in motorbike. At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead coordinator role. Proficiency in telematics platforms (such as GPS tracking systems, Cartrack, C-Track, or similar tools) and fleet management software

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise daily telematics operations for all motorbikes across the fleet. Ensure all motorbike tracking units are installed, configured, and functioning correctly. Monitor real-time data to identify risky riding behavior (e.g., speeding, harsh acceleration/braking). Support route optimization and asset protection through accurate GPS tracking and geofencing. Analyze usage patterns and provide reports on utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance alerts. Lead a team of Telematics Coordinators in data verification, reporting, and issue resolution. Liaise with service providers to troubleshoot device or platform issues. Ensure rider compliance with safety standards based on telematics insights. * Support theft prevention and recovery strategies using live tracking.
