We are a U.S.-based real estate company seeking an experienced
Cold Call Appointment Setter in South Africa
to contact property owners and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is professional, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
Responsibilities:
Cold call real estate leads using our dialing system. 75 connections per day. Follow provided script while maintaining a natural conversation Qualify prospects and book appointments for our team Accurately log call outcomes in our CRM Maintain consistent daily call volume and productivity
Requirements:
Must have 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
Quiet, professional home work environment
Strong internet connection and reliable computer High resilience andable to handle rejection daily

Full-time or Part-timeCompensation:
Base pay + performance bonuses. 15,000 R base. 25,000 R with performance bonuses.Work Location:
