, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, generating leads, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. You'll play a vital role in introducing M Tech Systems' services to new customers and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to UK-based prospects.
Present M Tech Systems' services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM systems.
Meet daily and weekly targets for call volumes and lead conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (minimum 1 year).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Confident, energetic, and resilient personality.
Comfortable working UK business hours (typically 10:00-19:00 SAST).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
