Job Description
Job Summary REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Understand that the company is a Re-seller, not a distributor/ supplier of Telecoms equipment like Yeaster
- Knowledge of Yeastar PABX equipment systems
- Knowledge of Hosted solution xe2x80x93 k 3CX, VBX,
- Billing Voice Platforms
- Understand the billing process
- Understand the billing system
- Understanding the building process of a Telecom solution to meet the customer's expectations
- Attending sales meetings with salespeople and driving sales
- Be technical orientated and be able to give input during the sales meetings
- Build a solution and communicate the solution to the engineers to complete the clients' expectations
- Ensure the telecoms department stays up to date with the latest trends in technology
- Ensure the engineers are trained and equipped
- Management skills xe2x80x93 be able to communicate the department's strategies
- Customer service orientated
- Be a problem solver
- Well, dressed, professional
- Be available after hours. We have customers that run 24 hours a day
