TELEBETTING CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR:

Telebetting Call Centre REPORTING TO:

Telebetting Call Centre Manager PURPOSE OF POSITION

The primary objective in this role is to assist internal & external customers over the phone KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Assisting branch & clients with all inquiries via telephone & email

Responsible for day to day Daily Status Message & Bets Offered

Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance

Online Chat Support

Laying of telephone bets when required

Work on Gold Circle Tote Machine when required

Debiting & Crediting of Tote Bets

Updating Tote Recon on a daily basis and safekeeping Tote tickets

Performed basic data entry for customer

Established trusting relationship with customers

Providing an efficient quality Customer Service

Providing efficient quality telephonic etiquette

Assisting with Website / Online Queries

Responsible / liable for any negligent errors

Assisting client with withdrawals and deposits

Assisting branches & clients with Withdrawal & Deposit queries via telephone & email

Assisting with Manual Transactions when required

Assisting with processing of daily race by race dividends [Not exceeding tote pools]

Setting up the display for branches

Updating daily local betting sheets & feature races

Assisting with stock take and orders

Sending emails to HR for absent / leaving early staff and also relevant sick notes

Assisting with New Account Applications and updating FICA documentation

COMPETENCIES JOB REQUIREMENTS (Educational Qualifications & Experience)

Possess Matric Certificate

Knowledge of Turfsport Software SKILLS

Exemplary customer service skills

Proficient with computers and software

Excellent verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Basic command of the English language BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

Possess a positive attitude

Must be able to work accurately, independently and also in a team

Ability to establish and maintain good relationships

Possess a positive attitude & must be flexible and adaptable in any situation MWOS VALUES
