Essence of the job:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telco Sales Manager to lead and manage our telecommunications sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecom industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong track record in B2B and/or B2C sales.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field added advantage.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, within the telecommunications industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Deep understanding of telecom products and services (e.g., Hosted & Premis-based PABX solutions, Handsets including Desk, IP DECT & Headsets, Conference IP solutions, Call Centre Solutions, and Mobile applications with MS integration).Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Experience with B2B telecom sales, especially in enterprise or SME segments.Knowledge of the telecoms sector.
