As a Technology & Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Building and optimizing websites, landing pages, and CRM integrations for high-performing campaigns.
Managing backend systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly.
Collaborating with the creative and performance teams to align technical execution with client objectives.
Keeping up with the latest tools, platforms, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
At least 12 months of experience in a development role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
Proficiency in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
Experience with CRM systems like GoHighLevel is a plus.
A problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
