VOCATIONAL TRAINING:
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
A+ course and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems network

JDE
Completion of the following SHEQ training.
EXPERIENCE:
At least five (5) years in an IT environment providing computer support and design.
HEADLINE KEY RESULT AREAS:
Maintenance and Planning of ICT Infrastructure
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance of all Foskor network equipment and systems according to technical specifications and client needs.
Management of ICT Facilities and Helpdesk Functions
- Attend to client queries and breakdowns by determining priorities and allocating resources accordingly to minimise downtime or production losses.
Project Execution and Implementation
- Report on projects as defined in the project schedule. Manage responsibilities assigned by the project leader.
Quality managemen
t - Conduct plant inspections and identify potential improvements. Develop and maintain a program to continuously identify and evaluate network requirements to meet Foskor objectives for office automation.

Research
- Research and evaluate new technology according to client requirements, Foskor and network standards. Diagnose and trace faults by interpretation of testing procedures, testing equipment and network management tools to effectively repair and correct problems
