Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold:

• a National Diploma in Medical Technology
• be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Technologist.

These qualifications ensure you are equipped with the technical and ethical grounding required to operate confidently in a clinical laboratory setting. We are seeking a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in a pathology environment. This experience provides the foundation for understanding the pace, precision, and responsibility that come with working in a diagnostic laboratory. It also positions you to contribute meaningfully from the outset, while continuing to grow through our focused learning solutions.
Skills Requirements
This role calls for a well-rounded skill set. You are proficient in using computer systems and have excellent typing speed and accuracy. You communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans, and your numerical reasoning skills allow you to perform calculations with confidence. These capabilities, combined with a commitment to continuous learning, position you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
