To provide specialist equipment fault-finding, problem solving and KPI management of equipment reliability. All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Engineering Diploma in relevant engineering discipline Trade Specific Artisan (Red Seal) CRMP - Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional

Experience

5-10 Years Experience in a Maintenance Environment as a Technician Asset Care Experience

Duties

OHS Act Compliance:

Ensure Statutory compliance

Responsible for MTTR & MTBF analysis:

Identify problematic equipment Determine AM & PPM focus areas Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance Review Resource Utilisation Review critical, PPM & AM spares lists Review and analyse 5-Why analysis Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer Participate in root cause analysis investigation Execution of reliability improvement projects

Budget Control / Cost Management:

Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit Obtain quotations from external service providers
