Reports to: Service Manager



Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems as needed.

2. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

3. Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

4. Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates on work progress.

7. Stay current on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.



Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technician role.

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

8. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environments.
