To provide specialist equipment fault-finding, problem solving and KPI management of equipment reliability. All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices
Qualifications

• N6 / Diploma in Engineering
• Red Seal Trade Certificate - Fitting/Fitting and Turning

Experience

• 5-10 Years' Experience in a Maintenance Environment as a Technician
• Asset Care Experience

Duties
OHS Act Compliance:

• Ensure Statutory compliance

Responsible for MTTR & MTBF analysis:

• Identify problematic equipment
• Determine AM & PPM focus areas
• Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance
• Review Resource Utilisation
• Review critical, PPM & AM spares lists
• Review and analyse 5-Why analysis
• Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer
• Paricipate in root cause analysis investigation
• Execution of reliability improvement projects

Budget Control / Cost Management:

• Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit
• Obtain quotations from external service providers

5S:

• Drive 5S principles
