Job Description


Main Purpose of the job

To provide a service to production by testing and checking products and environment to ensure that specifications are meet consistently.

Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or Dairy Specific Diploma.
Knowledge
  • Good knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices
  • Specific product and process and knowledge
  • Aseptic sampling methods
Skills
  • QC skills and use of testing apparatus
  • Recording and maintaining records in written and electronic form
  • Problem solving and communication skill.
  • Ability to collect samples and test and interpret results.
