Job Description
Main Purpose of the job
To provide a service to production by testing and checking products and environment to ensure that specifications are meet consistently.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or Food Science or Dairy Specific Diploma.
- Good knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Basic Food Technology Practices
- Specific product and process and knowledge
- Aseptic sampling methods
- QC skills and use of testing apparatus
- Recording and maintaining records in written and electronic form
- Problem solving and communication skill.
- Ability to collect samples and test and interpret results.
