Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 with Maths and Science Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering - Heavy Current N6/N4 in Electrical Engineering heavy current Trade Specific Artisan (Red Seal) Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline CRMP - Certified Reliability Maintenance Professional

Experience

5-10 years Experience in a Maintenance Environment as a Technician Asset Care Experience

Duties

OHS Act Compliance:

Ensure Statutory compliance

Responsible for MTTR & MTBF analysis:

Identify problematic equipment Determine AM & PPM focus areas Review Work Order & Schedule Compliance Review Resource Utilisation Review critical, PPM & AM spares list Review and analyse 5-Why analysis Advance problem solving and collaboration with Reliability Engineer Participate in root cause analysis investigation Execution of reliability improvement projects

Budget Control / Cost Management:

Approve purchase orders within certain cost limit Obtain quotations from external service providers
