As part of our Product Enablement team, Technical Writers deliver high-quality product documentationfor our industry-leading partnership management platform. This role will support the entire organization by contributing to comprehensive knowledge bases for our Partnership Automation SaaS tool used by brands, partners, and agencies across the globe.

You'll also own and maintain developer-facing documentation, including API references, SDK guides, and technical integration content for our developer audience.




What You'll Do:

Work directly with the Product Enablement team to gather an in-depth understanding of the technical and business aspects of our products and their various use cases. Audit existing content for out-of-date, inaccurate, or otherwise unnecessary documentation that may confuse customers or diminish their enablement experience. Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate their knowledge into engaging, user-friendly help content for a wide audience or technical help content for a technical audience. Developing high-quality product help content across mediums -- written, visual, graphic -- including tutorials, how-to guides, explanations, and technical reference documents. Use customer feedback and documentation hub metrics to focus content development efforts. Increase the use of the help center and integrations portal and minimize the need for human response. Strategize with the Product Enablement team to ensure the quality, searchability, and accuracy of help content across multiple delivery points.



What You Have:

You have in-depth knowledge of technical writing principles, industry standards, and specialized documentation practices. You expertly use advanced features of technical writing tools and can troubleshoot complex issues or customize tools to meet specific project needs. Your subject matter expertise has developed significantly, allowing you to create highly accurate, detailed, and user-centric documentation for all types of documentation. You apply your knowledge strategically to optimize documentation processes, improve content quality, and contribute to the success of more complex projects. You demonstrate strong skills in user-centered writing, integrating feedback, and mentoring juniors. Needs minimal editing. You effectively tackle complex documentation challenges by developing creative solutions, often involving cross-functional collaboration and deep technical understanding. You lead efforts to improve documentation processes and workflows, introducing new methods or tools that enhance efficiency and quality. You lead collaborative efforts within documentation projects, coordinating with multiple squads to ensure alignment and consistency in the final deliverables. You communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating mutual understanding and cooperation among diverse team members. You mentor junior writers in collaboration and communication techniques, helping them build stronger relationships within the team and with external stakeholders. With 5+ years of technical writing experience and proven project leadership, you have completed a bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, or a relevant technical field. Knowledge of marketing principles and web languages (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus.
