Job Description
RPO Recruitment client's is a great mining company in Northern Cape, which is seeking the expertise of an Technical Trainer to join their team in Hotazel, Northern Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Training Facilitation
- Training Program Coordination
- Assessments and Ratings on individuals
- Record keeping of all assessments and training material
- MQA administration coordination
- Grade 12
- Diploma in OD ETDP
- Trade Test Certificate
- Assessor, Facilitator and Moderator Certificates
- 5 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an opencast mining environment
- Minimum 3 years at Manager level
- Salary: R600K/yr - R700K/yr, salary negotiable
- Family Leave
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
