As a Technical Trainer in Immunology, you will be at the heart of shaping the next generation of laboratory professionals. Role Requirements





To step into this role, you will need:


a National Diploma in Biomedical Technology or a Bachelor of Health Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences HPCSA registration as a Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist in Microbiology.

These qualifications ensure you are equipped to lead with both credibility and capability in a specialized and evolving field. We are looking for someone who brings 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Technologist in an Micobiology laboratory. Your practical insights and familiarity with laboratory operations will allow you to connect meaningfully with trainees and translate complex concepts into real-world applications.


Skills Requirements





This role calls for a well-rounded skill set. You will need to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans, use numerical reasoning to support training content, and be comfortable with digital tools that enhance learning. Most importantly, you will bring intermediate training skills - the ability to design, deliver, and assess engaging learning experiences that stick.
