Duties:

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing for business solutions.
• Validate functionality, performance, reliability, and system compatibility.
• Conduct testing gap analysis between requirements and environments.
• Define quality standards during PI and sprint meetings and ensure adherence
• Document and maintain test plans, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and results.
• Develop and maintain test automation artifacts
• Execute and manage manual and automation regression tests.
• Test big data outputs for accuracy.
• Demonstrate deliverables to stakeholders and provide feedback on QA processes.
• Monitor test coverage and ensure predictable outcomes.
• Minimize defects through proactive quality measures.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Diploma in Information Technology.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years' testing experience, with 4 years in test automation.
• At least 2 years' experience in financial services or investment environment.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to work with big data.
• Business process automation experience.
• Agile environment experience essential.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Out-of-the-box thinking for innovative testing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of QA best practices and automation tools.
