Upcoming Opportunity in Sudan

Duties:

Provide technical support to educators, learners, and staff using EdTech platforms. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and update EdTech applications. Maintain system documentation and user guides. Train end-users on platform functionality and digital tools. Escalate complex issues to developers or IT specialists.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in software development and technical troubleshooting
Requirements

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Windows, Android, and web-based platforms. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or EdTech software is an advantage. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and support users remotely. Hands-on experience with HTML5 content, educational software, and system integration. Knowledge of mobile/offline learning platforms an advantage. Ability to support deployment and resolve technical challenges.
