A global leader in call centre outsourcing, who is renowned for their fun, energetic workplace atmosphere is looking for a tech-savvy Technical Support / Call Centre Agent to join their team in Cape Town.
The ideal candidate is someone with 9 to 12 months of technical support experience OR up to 2 years of customer service experience in the retail space, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Candidates with prior experience working with U.S.-based customers are highly desirable.
Requirements:
- 9 to 12 months of experience in a technical support role
OR
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications retail environment
- Strong understanding of mobile technology, connectivity, and general troubleshooting principles.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- U.S. customers service or tech support experience is a strong advantage.
