Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Follow escalation procedures as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences
Retail or hospitality experience
