Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a field technician or infrastructure support role
Experience in understanding IP networks - routing, DNS, port forwarding, static IP, firewall rules
Experience with routers, switches, wireless access points (APs), and network diagnostics tools
Strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on technical execution
Comfortable working independently and solving problems on-site
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Install and configure parking equipment, access control systems, LPR cameras, and network hardware
Ensure stable network infrastructure across all sites (LAN/WAN, fibre, wireless bridges, mobile failovers)
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in real time
Perform on-site diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and upgrades
Provide support during deployments of parking and integrated solutions
Collaborate with software developers to test, launch, and refine new tech solutions
Document installations, technical issues, and resolutions for internal reference
