Imagine spending your days cruising along the Camps Bay beachfront, exploring the wine routes and stunning farmlands of Paarl and Stellenbosch, or heading up the coast to Hermanus to catch the whales and soak in the Cape's breathtaking beaches. Sounds like a dream? For this role, it could be part of your job. Our client, a high-end classic car rental company with great vibes and awesome benefits, is looking for a Technical Service Agent. This isn't a role where you'll be under vehicles all day. You'll be the face of the brand, giving clients the ultimate experience behind the wheel of amazing cars. But if a vehicle breaks down, you'll need the skills to quickly diagnose, fault-find, and get it back on the road. We're looking for someone who holds a valid drivers license with a clean record, is people-focused, confident, and comfortable with high-end clients (think millionaires, supermodels, celebrities!) well-presented with excellent communication skills, technically minded with a Motor Mechanics Certificate or hands on experience working on classic cars and experience dealing with overseas visitors is highly advantageous, be familiar with Cape Town's scenic routes, be fluent in English and able to easily travel into the city, these are non- negotiables. If you love cars, people travel, hands-on problem solving and working on classic cars, this could be the perfect adventure for you.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Motor Mechanics Certificate (Advantageous)
Hands on experience working on classic cars; need the skills to quickly diagnose and fault-find (Non-negotiable)
Above average customer service skills
Exceptionally well groomed, presented and articulate
Experience dealing with overseas visitors and very high end clientele
Fully computer literate
Fluent in English (Non-negotiable)
Ability to easily travel into the City daily (Non-negotiable)
A stable work history
