Education:
- Mechanical/Technical qualification (advantageous)
- Sales or business development training (advantageous)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3-5 years' proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably gears, gearboxes, or power transmission products
- Strong technical knowledge of gear applications and mechanical systems
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate new business, and consistently meet targets
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
