We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth in the scaffolding and formwork industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of scaffolding/formwork systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions to clients across construction and engineering sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in scaffolding and formwork sales.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within scaffolding, formwork, or related construction products.
- Strong technical understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle essential.
