Key requirement

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification (technical qualification or 3 years experience in a technical field)
Must have a valid driver's license
Be willing to travel
Knowledge of pipes and valves
Strong negotiation skills
CRM management, call planning and sales reporting
Strong business acumen

Key responsibility

Take full accountability for the achievement of revenue streams profitability and volume growth and other key performance areas
Minimizing and management of potential channel conflict
Develop processes to measure, track, report and communicate account performance in order to ensure specific focus
Monitor trends, achievements and performance against targets
Develop reporting and monitoring mechanisms highlighting and market movements to sales and management
Penetrating competitor markets
Conduct cold calling for potential customer along with a focused growth strategy
Servicing and maintaining further development of existing customer base
