We are an electrical contracting company that specialises in electrical installations, maintenance, solar and inverter installations for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors throughout he western Cape. Our company is looking for an electrical sales person located in Cape Town. The electrical sales person will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, managing sales activities and providing technical support to clients. You will be expected to be a expert in what our company has to offer in the way of services and be able to comunicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions. You will be involved with cold calling, traveling and developing new business and clients and calling on existing clients. Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the electrical field
- 2-3 years experience in electrical sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business
- 1-2 years experience in the solar power and inverter system sales
- Strong technical skills in electrical and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients
- Ability to converse in English and Afrikaans
- Must be a self-motivated person
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independantly and in a team enviroment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to deal with client requests or complaints
- Must have own reliable vehicle
- Must reside within Cape Town and surrounds at present
