Responsibilities
Source technical items and equipment from suppliers across South Africa
Prepare accurate, time-sensitive quotations
Arrange transport, collections, and deliveries
Confirm quantities and product accuracy before dispatch
Generate invoices and perform basic admin tasks
Liaise with local suppliers and customers
Work with a small team to meet tight vessel deadlines

Requirements
No experience required - training will be provided
Technically inclined or have a good general knowledge of tools, hardware, valves, etc.
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Own transport is essential
