We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of

Technical Sales and Engineering Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical sales representatives to drive revenue growth and develop strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, along with proven experience in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and technical sales representatives Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing customers Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support to customers Provide guidance and training to the sales team on technical products and solutions Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (Master's degree preferred) 5 years of experience in technical sales and business development 3 years of experience in an engineering role Proven managerial experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of engineering principles and technical product knowledge
