The successful candidate will:
Handle incoming customer queries.
Receive and process RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
Schedule deliveries, shipping and collections.
Confirm work instructions with customers.
Arrange pre-assessment activities (sandblasting, baking, stripping etc).
Communicate warranty decisions to customers.
Create job cards and prepare assessment documentation.
Create quotations and obtain approvals.
Communicate repair costs to customers.
Communicate and obtain order confirmation from relevant departments.
Create purchase orders.
Schedule repairs as per assessment and confirmation.
Track and monitor (WIP) in line with lead times.
Provide weekly updates to customers.
Issue flame proof and delivery documentation.
Ensure allocation of product and transport for delivery.
Create invoices and submit to customers.
Maintain records of warranty claim costs.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: R30000,00 - R35000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
