Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Administration of all movements on customer tyre management program.
• Responsible for Weekly Stock takes - Tyres, Rims & Accessories.
• Responsible to Conduct & Initiate weekly Scrapping.
• Responsible for OHSA of the Site. (Ensuring all OHSA Files are up to date and in accordance with on-site
• requirements.
• Responsible to use RFID Tagging system to send casings to factory for retreading & arrange collections accordingly.
• Ensuring a Min Stock level is kept in Stores as per SLA.
• Ensure the quality of reporting to the customer from the Tyre Management program is accurate.
• Meet Daily, Weekly & Monthly Survey & inflation Targets as per SLA
• Weekly Progress Meetings with the Customer and direct Line Manager.
• Responsible for the accurate capturing of Staff weekly Wages.
• Ensure all Equipment is Good Working order & maintaining their off.
• All Tyre fitters will report directly to the Site Supervisor.
• Responsible for all day-to-day duties of the site incl replenishment of stock, Consumables etc.
• Duties and Responsibility's not limited to the above and might change according to Customer SLA
• Roaming - is not site specific but will be required to relief current onsite supervisors at various Location.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Driver licence is essential (PDP is preferred)

• Company Vehicle and tools are provided for business travel
• Must be computer literate.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Work independent.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Reliable and honest
• Adhere to all client Systems and Procedures
• Own Transport (Roaming Position will be allocated company Vehicle)
• Tyres Knowledge Essential
• Knowledge of basic accounting (Beneficial advantage)
• Previous Customer Tyre Management Programs (Beneficial advantage)
