Who You Are
You are a Technical Project Manager who is equally strong in business analysis. You can convert high-level goals into actionable requirements, keep delivery on track, and guide teams through structured governance. You manage daily execution, communicate clearly, and produce documentation that reduces ambiguity and accelerates engineering throughput.
Responsibilities
Oversee project execution end-to-end: scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, RAID oversight, standups, and reporting.
Act as the primary business analyst: capture needs, translate them into user stories/epics, define acceptance criteria, map processes, and identify operational gaps.
Lead readiness efforts: coordinate UAT cycles, manage testing, prepare cutover plans, and track KPIs/OKRs.
Formalize operational frameworks: build RACIs, define change control paths, maintain privacy and risk documentation, and organize the delivery knowledge base.
Create automations, dashboards, and workflow enhancements to optimize decision-making and reduce manual PM overhead.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
5-8+ years TPM/PM background with demonstrated BA experience and shipped AI/cloud product features.
Expertise with modern PM tools (Jira/Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets) and strong technical documentation capability.
Proven success running end-to-end UAT, coordinating go-live cutovers, and managing operational readiness.
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in clinical/health environments or regulated data ecosystems.
Familiarity with automated KPI dashboards or AI tools supporting PM workflows.

Compensation & performance bonuses
