Job Summary Responsibilities: Ensure that product requirements are documented: Gather project stakeholders' requirements. Produce relevant artifacts, such as context diagrams, process flows, data flows, C4 diagrams, etc., to demonstrate understanding and illustrate requirements. Document the impact of requirements on the high-level architecture of systems. Analysis of software documentation (e.g., API documentation) High-level understanding and communication of a software systems' technical stack. The outcomes and deliverables of the project must be clearly defined. User stories and acceptance criteria should be written comprehensively. Manage development projects: Produce project time estimates with developers and Scrum Master. Create and maintain product backlog, run iteration planning and retrospective meetings with Scrum Master, and plan and schedule resources with Scrum Master. The ability to manage iterations - Ensure smooth development work across all project teams, coordinate iterations across teams, and manage quality outputs. Manage client relationships: Organize and lead professional meetings with product stakeholders. Establish trusting relationships with clients. Managing expectations of stakeholders. Manage the product lifecycle: Enhance and improve the product in collaboration with customers. Provide input on product direction and strategy. Contribute to the enhancement and improvement of products. Ensure that product support and operational processes are managed as needed. Requirements: At least 3-4 years experience as a Technical Product Owner/Project Manager/Business Analyst in the Technology industry. A qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) in Project Management, Business Analysis, or anything related would be advantageous. Excellent grasp of ticket writing, agile delivery, and business analyst processes. Must have experience using Jira for agile delivery. Technical acumen is a must for this role, and successful candidates will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of software systems. Collaborative team player. High emotional intelligence.
