Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Technical Planner Assistant to join their company in Isando, Kempton Park.
Job Requirements:

Matric
Relevant Qualification
Exposure within a client service environment.
2-3 years in a planning role within a service environment
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage own team effectively
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask.
Good knowledge of the operational geographical area.
Intermediate proficient in Microsoft Excel

Job Duties:
Draft schedules and routes for Engineers to maximise time and income.
Drive income-based planning.
Plan routes efficiently to reduce km/call.
Process jobs effectively and efficiently.
Close job cards daily.
Check packs for Engineers weekly.
Update job and progress notes on a regular basis.
Responsible for all vehicles, i.e. booking of services, license disks, etc.
Invoice clients on all jobs.
Invoice technical travel for Engineers where necessary.
