Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of technical personnel across multiple sites.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is completed on time and within SLA requirements.
Prepare and manage technical budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, Projects, PPM) per site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high maintenance standards.
Support procurement, risk management, and reporting processes.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Grade 12 and a Technical Diploma (NQF 6) in Electrical Heavy Current or equivalent
Wireman's License (required)
Trade test certificate
CDCP / CDCS / CDFOM (or in progress)
Valid driver's license and own transport
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Facilities, Property, or Project Management
Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, SLA management, and safety compliance
* Experience with electrical systems, equipment, and general maintenance
