We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee maintenance operations for plumbing, building fabric, and civil systems across academic and residential facilities. The role ensures compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), optimizes resources, and drives continuous improvement while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues.
• Monitor SLA performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage maintenance staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Control budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage emergencies.

• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and building systems.

• Budgeting and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• N5/T3 Civil Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management.
• Valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of OSH Act and statutory requirements.
