We are based in Gauteng andKwaZulu Natal however we handle projects all over Southern Africa.LEAD ARCHITECT (2)Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal and Midrand, GautengEducation and Experience:B-Tech Arch / B. Arch or M. Arch degree in Architecture.Registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect or Candidate architect. (ProfessionalSenior Technologists will also be considered)Registration as a candidate or Professional Construction Project manager will be highly advantageous.Experience in development projectsMinimum 5 years work experience preferredSkills/Abilities:Applicants will be expected to perform leadership role as well as diverse roles within the office in various project stages and work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline project teams as well as various stakeholders and therefore will need to satisfy the following criteria:Proficiency in Archicad / Revit, AutoCad and Microsoft Office is essential.Strong analytical and creative design ability as well as technical problem-solving capabilities.Sound knowledge of building regulations, design and construction detailing, and LocalAuthority submission requirements.The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Good time management skillsMust be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take responsibility for delivery commitment.Effective interpersonal and a high standard of communication skillsProficiency in rendering software and presentation program experience is beneficialSite supervision experience is advantageous.Driverxe2x80x99s license a must.
