Technical Instructional Designers

As a Technical Instructional Designer, you will work closely with our expert technical instructional design team. You'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver engaging, technical learning experiences while learning from seasoned professionals. You'll assist in designing, building, and iterating on content for online courses and training materials, collaborating with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality content tailored to learners in various tech-related fields.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs, senior instructional designers, and other team members to

develop

engaging, learner-centric

technical content

. Use industry-standard tools to

build interactive learning experiences

.

Review and update

existing content, ensuring materials are up to date and meet learning objectives. Assist in

designing assessments and assignments

, and provide feedback to learners. Assist with

creating and maintaining

documentation

, course outlines, and learning plans. Assist in

maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)

, including adding cohort dates, update course information, and ensuring smooth navigation for learners. Host

synchronous sessions

, facilitating live discussions and Q&A to enhance learning and engagement. Participate in

brainstorming sessions

and provide fresh ideas for course design, format, and technology implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.

Proficiency in at least one programming language

(Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) and strong technical aptitude.

Strong communication skills

, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly present ideas. Attention to
