What we are looking for:
Technical Expertise:

• Hands on, in the detail, in the code Technical Leader
• Expertly Skilled Developer in C#, .NET, .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
• Expertly Skilled in Building responsive, microservices-based web applications with RESTful APIs.
• Expertly Skilled in Developing high performance, high throughput applications.
• Expertly Skilled in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Expertly Skilled in Architecting modern high performance enterprise class applications
• Experience in modern front-end frameworks

Leadership:

• Proven leader in full stack development environment leading and managing several development teams. (Experience in FinTech / Banking advantageous)
• A strong leadership track record of mentoring and managing development team sizes of 30+ members
• Proven track record of integrating development teams into multi-technology projects across different teams.

Cloud, Containerization and Observability:

• Experienced in on premisses deployments of application developments (Required)
• Experienced in Cloud deployments such Azure (Required) and AWS cloud (Beneficial)
• Experience in Deployment on Kubernetes and containerization (Required),
• Experience in Deployment of development that is Observable and System Monitored

Security and Performance:

• Well-versed in web and cloud security best practices, including OWASP principles, with hands-on experience optimizing performance across front-end and back-end applications

Qualifications and Experience:

• IT Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or relevant qualification.
• 10+ years (minimum) exp
• 5+ years (minimum) experience in leading a full stack development team.
• 2+ years (minimum) experience as a leading several full stack development teams of 30+ members.

Daily Tasks:

• Manage several teams Technically to architect, code, develop and enhance full stack applications as per requirements, up to and including production deployments.
• Lead, mentor and support your development teams, managing timelines, resolving technical blockers, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Assist in Architecting the applications on premises in cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
