Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to take technical responsibility for multi-disciplinary building services projects
- Strong design leadership across HVAC, Fire, and Wet Services (all three are essential)
- Experience mentoring, guiding, and reviewing design teams
- Ability to produce, check, and sign off high-level mechanical designs
- Adept at working on EPC/EPCM project environments
- Comfortable with client engagement and technical presentations
- Competence in generalist building services work, with the ability to integrate with electrical teams when required but mostly mechanical
- Strong overall understanding of building regulations, standards, and compliance
- Experience in commercial building services design, including complex systems integration
- Professional Registration: PR Eng (Mechanical Engineering)
- 15-20 years of Mechanical Engineering experience within Building Services
- Specialist-level capability in HVAC Design -- complex commercial and large-scale environments
- Advanced technical proficiency in:
- Fire Engineering Design
- Wet Services Design
