We're looking for a

pragmatic, fast-moving technical collaborator

who thrives in early-stage prototype/MVP environments where shipping code is more important than perfection. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools (like Vibe Coding) alongside modern LLM capabilities to rapidly deliver working features.

We need someone who already has a

point of view

on how to combine tools like Vibe Coding with emerging LLM technologies, not someone who will be learning them from scratch. You'll be expected to

teach and lead

on AI best practices, especially in

agentification

(LangChain or equivalent) and intelligent workflow design.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape both the product and the AI strategy for a company with the potential to change how enterprise renewals are done.

Core Responsibilities

AI & Automation Layer Development

Lead AI-driven feature development using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), chained prompting, and agentic architectures. Apply agentification frameworks (LangChain or similar) to orchestrate multi-step, intelligent workflows. Ingest, parse, and extract structured intelligence from documents (contracts, CSVs, PDFs) and APIs, converting them into actionable XML, variables, or triggers.

Rapid Prototype & MVP Execution

Use Vibe Coding and other AI-assisted tools to move from concept to functional prototype quickly. Prioritize speed and iteration over perfection; delivering usable, testable features in days, not months.

Integration & Data Processing

Build and manage ETL pipelines that normalize data from multiple APIs (CRM, analytics, support platforms). Develop robust API integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, workflow tools) and real-time event handling. Design workflows initially outside the app (via API calls) that will later migrate in-platform.

Full-Stack Engineering

Contribute across the stack from Next.js front-end to Supabase/Postgres back-end. Ensure secure, multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security (RLS). Optimize data queries for real-time analytics and actionable insights.

What You Bring

Required

Proven experience in fast-paced prototype/MVP environments. Expertise in LLM integration and AI-assisted development. Hands-on experience with agentification frameworks (LangChain or similar). Strong API integration and multi-system workflow orchestration skills. Full-stack proficiency (Next.js, React, PostgreSQL).

Highly Valued

Experience parsing documents into structured data. Understanding of AI prompt chaining, agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation. Perspective on combining AI development tools for maximum velocity. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS architecture and real-time systems.
